On Saturday, gymnast and seven-time Olympic medalist Simone Biles and NFL safety Jonathan Owens said their vows in Cabo, Mexico, in the presence of 144 people. Simone Biles as well as Jonathan Owens first met in 2020 on Raya, the gold medalist who started the romance by sliding into Jonathan's DMs. Even though Biles was too young to participate at the Olympics until 2012, Biles was a member of the National Senior Team on March 13, 2013, the day she turned sixteen. She won medals during competitions held that took place in Jesolo in Italy and Chemnitz at Chemnitz, Germany. Simone Biles Owens, Jonathan Owens were wed in Mexico for the second time. Vogue reports that the couple got wed on the 6th of May in Cabo, 2012. The couple celebrated their destination wedding with 144 guests, two weeks after they had their private Houston courthouse ceremony on April 22. Simone Biles married Jonathan Owens in a intimate ceremony held at the courthouse at the end of April 2023. They celebrated with the traditional Second Wedding.
